報告摘要: The global outbreak of COVID-19 has caused worrying concern amongst the public and health authorities. Predicting the development trends of COVID-19 infection and suggesting certain effective control measures are challenging. In this talk I will summarize what we have done so far on a) the prediction of the early transmission risk, infection scale and inflection point of COVID-19 in China through mathematical model and multi-source data; b) analyzing the risk of secondary outbreak caused by massive movements on the bases of transportation big data; c) examining the effect of medical resources on control of COVID-19. The findings may provide the theoretical basis for health authorities to optimize resource allocation.
報告人簡介: 肖燕妮 西安交通大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計學(xué)院副院長、數(shù)學(xué)與生命科學(xué)交叉研究中心主任、博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事數(shù)據(jù)和問題驅(qū)動的傳染病動力學(xué)的研究。參與完成了國家“十一五”、“十二五”和“十三五”科技重大專項艾滋病領(lǐng)域的建模研究。與北京同仁醫(yī)院和中國軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院合作完成了醫(yī)院感染動力學(xué)的研究。受國家自然基金委天元基金的資助，2014年、2015年連續(xù)兩年承辦全國 “生物數(shù)學(xué)研究生暑期學(xué)?！?。 2008入選教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃”，2017年至今任中國生物數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)委員會副主任。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金4項，其中重點(diǎn)項目1項。
